Bio Motor Unitron is a nice change of pace from the usual action or puzzle games that tend to populate most portables, and is SNK's answer to Pokemon. BMU is an RPG where you outfit a mech(called a "Unitron"), fight in arenas to earn ranks, and explore four dungeons. The ability to select from ten different characters is a great touch as well. All in all, BMU is my favorite game on a portable system.

The Good...

BMU has a lot of options, and tons of mech parts to choose and collect. As I said before, you can select one of ten different characters from five races(Human, Forester, Mariner, Birdeon, Lizard Man) either sex(Male or Female obviously). The battles are very fun too, though not quite as good as Pokemon or most Console RPGs.

The Bad...

Unfourtunatly it can get boring to walk around in the dungeons to earn money(for buying parts and such), as there is almost no variation. That's actually really about the only bad thing about the game...

Overall, definitly a must for Neo Geo Pocket owners, and RPG fans.
