Yahoo... A new racer for Dreamcast. Buggy Heat though we would call it a traditional racer with a little twist to make it different. Instead of taking the main stream of high tech cars CRI lets you take a spin in buggies.

Players are offered the traditional championship, time attack and the versus modes. The game offers six unique tracks on different road surfaces to race through. Different weather conditions are also present; rain, thunder and lightening, sand storms, fog, and snow.

I really enjoyed this game since I had never figured out how to do the power slides that are so frequent in other racers. The game forces you to really learn how to handle the car. Although oversteering and under steering occurs often. So most I fear will find the controls rather frustrating at times..

Although I must admit I really missed not finding any secret tracks or minor modes in the game.... a little disappointing. But overall a great release and a great game for those of us who learned how to control there car with out the use of power slides to excell over our power racing friends.
